Since all products are custom-made by Printful for each order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind).
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please email one1000paintings@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll request a replacement or refund via Printful at no extra cost to you.
Return Address
Returns are processed by Printful and sent to the appropriate return center based on your region.
Please do not send items directly to us unless instructed.
Important Notes
> Returns for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may incur reshipment fees.
> Printful does not offer exchanges (e.g. for wrong size). Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after Printful processes the return.
